Kiss Kiss

Just note, these are not my photos :-) I recently purchased a Revlon balm stain in the colour 'Love-sick'. I have been wanting a crayon shaped lipstick for ages now and i finally found a colour that suits me well, or at least that's my opinion ;) I think that this product is so nice to wear fancy or casual, the colour of the pictures and the lipstick itself are not the colour it looks like on your lips as it looks quite berry like and dark, but in fact when you wear it, it is actually quite pink & vibrant. The lipstick is shimmery/sparkly but once it's on, it is actually a smooth matte kind of look. I love, love, love this product and i am really impressed by the lasting colour and how it leaves my lips moisturised and soft afterwards. I look forward to purchasing other colours in the Just Bitten Kissable Collection from Revlon as the other balm stains seem quite promising. Honestly i was a tiny bit scared to try the balm stain as, you know, i didn't want pink lips for the days to come but i think the name can perceive you as the colour stays on your lips for 12 hours, you just can't feel it there. You know when you wear lipstick and you rub your lips together you can feel it on your lips, i assumed that once i stopped feeling the lipstick on my lips the colour had just washed away. The concept of the colour stain is so you will have the pretty constant colour on your lips up until you wipe the colour off. I was very pleased with this product as i wasn't 100% keen on getting Revlon as i heard better things about different brands, but hey, i have to say i am very impressed. The cost of this balm stain was $9.95 and it is definitely worth every cent!

Outfit Post

So yes, my second post this week, whooo! I thought i would do a quick outfit of the day.
This is the outfit, really simple and conveniently, the plain grey rolled sleeves tee that i usually style
with the outfit was in the wash when these photos were taken so this shirt was the next choice.

So, the plain see-through sleeveless drop singlet i purchased from Cotton On
was $24.95

The flannel i styled by tying it around my waist is a really cute style piece and i also
 really like this shirt because you can wear it as a t-shirt if it gets a little cooler.
I purchased this from Zara, this was £39.95

  The glossy leather looking tights are really easy to
style as they're black; obviously and can go with anything.
I rolled the bottom of them so they didn't tuck into the converse, adding a bit more
style ;) The leggings were purchased at Sports Girl and cost $62
The white Converse were bought at Converse; shocker..They were $90.
Hope you enjoyed looking at what i wear, haha.

"Cool" Shoes

I havn't written a blog in what seems like forever, i've just been
so caught up with my life-
*cough* wifi *cough* internet.
So as a result of my laziness i decided to finally write a post
and may i add it feels great to be back ;)
Down below are some snaps of what i would call my
'cool' shoes and just some 'cool' information about them...

My Doc Martins, and i may say so myself look brand new..
That is maybe because i went all out and picked these and of
course now they sit in my cuboard untouched because i have
NOTHING to wear with them.
Every time i go shopping my main goal of each day is to buy
at least two outfits that will match with these
shoes but of course i get so caught up and forget all about it.
 I promise you the next time i will buy outfits
 to match and i will post a picture of how i styled the shoes :)
These were around $300-$350 and i hope i will get enough
use out of them so i don't regret purchasing them!

If i'm being completely honest these shoes have not left my
feet since i opened the box on christmas day..
They are just so comfortable to be in and they are super stylish and
cute and they match with every thing; when i say everything, i mean everything. There are so many different ways to style Converse and how to make them work for your look. The Converse i own are white- obviously, they are the ones that go just above your ankle and i prefer these over the Converse that come under your ankle as you can't wear really cute socks with them! I always like to style my shoes with a bit of frilly sock out the top or some sort of cute sock of your choice :) These Converse were exactly $90 and i would recommend these a million times as they are my favourite shoes and i love, love , love them!

These are the cutest shoes, ever.
I don't wear them as much as my converse as i find that if the weather is a
 little warmer now and my feet turn into a sauna when i wear them.
But don't let that stop you from checking them out because they're amazing..
I actually purchased these while on my Europe trip in Madrid-Spain
and I'm deeply in love with them, especially because no one else has them here ;) These shoes don't have a 'name' but the brand is "cool way" and i remember all the other shoes they had and i think i was in shoe heaven;-literally. In the photo you can't exactly see the front part of the shoe because of the angle but it is a knitted sort of pattern and the laces are not such a fluorescent pink but more like a soft coral. These shoes look really nice if you wearing a winter attire with earthy colours and individual sense of style :) I don't remember the price for the shoes but it was somewhere in-between
the Doc Martins and Converse prices so a average shoe price i guess-haha

A Whisper of Colour

HELLOOOO EVERYONE!
The Maybelline colour whisperers are fab-u-lous! I own number 65 and 40, as you can see in the pictures below. They're really pigmented and moisturising, if you want a softer look with still a bit of colour, these would be perfect for you!
Or when you feel like a brighter or more obvious lipstick look these would also be amazing because you can gradually build the colour to get more colour on your lips! What I'm trying to get at here is you can have a soft look or a more obvious look with the same lipstick, hahaha. I would definitely recommend this brand as it is one of my favourites. Personally, i love the coral/orange lipsticks but i always give different colours to try them out :)
They are usually around $16.00-$17.00, so not very pricey and they are definitely not a lipstick that you should walk by without giving it a go!
Please let me know if you can recommend any different colours of the Maybelline colour whispers :)

{the two colour whispers that i own}

{Yes, that is me trying to swatch the two colours}

{Pink Possibilities, No. 65}
